Job Summary
Senior UAT Lead in Connected Commerce focusing on mobile testing within an Agile environment. Responsible for documenting and preparing Credit Card Test Data, Test Scripts and Test Cases, designing and executing manual test scripts, and supporting large, cross-functional programs across design, technology, and service delivery. Partners with testing leads to drive testing of complex, cross-functional initiatives, identifies and resolves defects with application developers and payment services teams, and coordinates testing strategies across internal Chase applications, third-party vendor applications/microsites, and mobile/desktop platforms. Strong emphasis on automation (UDF & Cucumber), BDD/TDD, QA methodologies, and mobile testing; proficiency with Excel macros (Visual Basic), Jira, Confluence, and familiarity with Figma. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and authorization to work in the US.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance or User Acceptance Testing role within the financial services industry
- Expert in Automation Testing Framework (UDF & Cucumber)
- Strong Familiarity & experience in Credit Card Payments, Third Party Wallets, and Tokenization
- Strong experience in BDD/TDD behavior driven development and test-driven development
- Hands-on knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle principles and Quality Assurance methodologies/best practices
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Experience in the design of detailed functional and regression test plans, and the creation and execution of test scripts within the financial services industry
- Hands-on experience conducting Mobile testing using devices and simulators like See Test, Nautilus
- Proficiency maintaining Excel macros using Visual Basic Analysis
