Job Summary
Conduct feature, regression, exploratory, UI/UX, API, integration, and acceptance testing for the Resware product to verify new functionalities and safeguard application integrity. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define acceptance criteria, prioritize defects based on business impact, and advocate for user experience improvements. Proactively identify automation candidates and document test cases while managing time flexibly across R&D cycles. Ensure seamless workflows between Resware and external partners through rigorous systems thinking and risk assessment.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of Quality Assurance experience in the software industry
- Residence in Austin, Texas or willingness to relocate to San Francisco, California, or Concord, New Hampshire
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in real estate and title services, especially in title closings
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Resware user
- 1 - 3 years of hands-on experience as a Resware administrator
- Proficiency in computer technical skills
- Familiarity with automation tools, DevOps practices, and experience in writing and securing test cases
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze problems/issues and find solutions
- Ability to recommend obvious and alternative solutions
- A strong aptitude and enthusiasm for exploring and thoroughly testing new technologies
- Self-motivated and self-directed
