Used Vehicle Sales Manager - Friendship Automotive

Partner with GM to plan and manage used vehicle inventory while working directly with team members to fuel the sales process. Drive profitability through high-level involvement in daily operations, assist Product Specialists with overcoming objections and closing deals, and develop and maintain rapport with customers to enhance satisfaction. Engage and motivate team members to follow sales processes and best practices, facilitate regular training for continued growth, and report and analyze daily business metrics. Available to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment. Located in Princeton & Beckley.
