Used Parts Sales Representative

In Des Moines, IA, the Used Parts Sales Representative will drive new business development and expand existing accounts within the Used Parts sector. Responsibilities include outbound calling to promote and sell parts inventory, documenting calls via reports, educating customers on part uses and features with knowledge of equipment, handling inquiries via email and phone, processing parts orders and invoicing, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role requires proficiency with basic computer applications, strong verbal and written communication, the ability to interpret customer needs and recommend suitable solutions, and adherence to safety policies. A high school diploma or GED is required; travel is expected (approximately 25-35%).
