Job Summary
Administer used equipment sales, rental rollouts, and make-ready processes to ensure inventory meets sale expectations and policies. Convey equipment specifications, manage asset accuracy, and coordinate shipping/receiving for both used and rental units. Conduct routine inventory audits, upload machine specs to QR codes, and maintain display areas with fresh decals and informational codes. Collaborate with marketing to produce quality photos and operational videos for internet and social media. Create, analyze, and deliver reports, manuals, and presentations while maintaining professional relationships across internal departments. Travel up to 10% of the time to multiple dealer locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university
- two years equipment industry experience
- training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic understanding of organization and business-related products and equipment
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to travel to multiple dealer locations within territory
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean Driving Record
- Professionalism and diplomacy to approach others and manage emotional or ambiguous situations with clarity and self-control
