Used Equipment Account Manager

Dobbs Equipment seeks a Used Equipment Account Manager to drive sales of all Used John Deere equipment and allied products. The role focuses on developing partnerships with current and potential clients to grow Dobbs Equipment’s market share across North America and international markets. Responsibilities include selling and promoting the full product line, growing customer relationships, prospecting and cold calling, quoting and negotiating prices, preparing contracts, providing on-site demonstrations and technical support, managing a designated territory with a contact-management database, tracking market awareness and lost sales, reporting progress to the sales manager, maximizing rental conversions, and achieving targets for units, dollars, and gross profit. Occasional overnight travel is required. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, self-management, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook), and the ability to perform basic mathematical operations.
