Complete system diagnostics and full automotive troubleshooting and testing for used vehicles. Road-test vehicles to ensure quality repair work was completed. Communicate directly with service advisors regarding the status of service work and estimated time for completion. Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology. Maintain an organized and neat shop area.
