Job Summary
Inspect and diagnose incoming pre-owned vehicles, performing mechanical repairs on all makes and models to complete used vehicle recon quickly. Handle brakes, suspension, steering, drivability, electrical, engine repairs, A/C, and maintenance services while identifying needed repairs to help move inventory to the front line fast. Work with urgency in a fast-paced dealership environment to produce quality repairs that get vehicles frontline ready. Own tools required with a valid driver's license; ASE certifications are a plus. Competitive flat-rate pay based on experience and production is available in this busy shop with consistent daily work.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an automotive technician
- Strong diagnostic ability
- Ability to work on multiple makes and models
- Proven history of high productivity and consistent performance
- Self-motivated technician who doesn't need constant supervision
- Team player with strong work ethic
- Own tools
- Valid driver's license
