Job Summary
Used Car Service Technician needed at Bob Thomas Ford West in Fort Wayne, IN. Responsibilities include oil changes, brake repairs, tires, basic auto maintenance, diagnosing drive-ability concerns, some electrical work (including ABS), and suspension work; provide labor estimates and clearly explain repairs to customers; learn new techniques through formal training and stay updated on Ford standards; inspect and test vehicles and record findings; maintain dealership-wide standards and safety practices; participate in a benefits package and ongoing training opportunities.
