Job Summary
Lead and manage all used vehicle sales operations; desk deals and structure financing opportunities; monitor inventory acquisition, pricing, and merchandising; analyze market trends and vehicle valuations; recruit, train, coach, and develop sales professionals; establish and achieve monthly sales and gross profit goals; ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention; work closely with Finance, Service, and Marketing departments; manage aging inventory and maximize inventory turn; maintain compliance with all dealership and manufacturer policies.
Required Qualifications
- Automotive sales management experience required
- Proven record of achieving sales and profitability goals
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Experience with inventory management and vehicle acquisition
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
