Job Summary

Lead, coach, and motivate the pre-owned vehicle department to achieve performance goals and deliver exceptional customer experience. Oversee daily operations, inventory acquisition, detailed appraisals and market-based pricing, and ensure optimal inventory levels, merchandising, and turn rates. Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales volume and profitability, monitor leads and deal structures, and drive continuous improvement through performance tracking and ongoing training. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with experience in CRM systems, digital retailing tools, and dealership operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Used Car Manager, Sales Manager, or General Sales Manager in a dealership environment
  • Professional references required
  • General Motors dealership experience is highly preferred
