Job Summary
Used Car Sales Associate at a dealership responsible for greeting customers, assessing needs, guiding vehicle selections, conducting test drives, negotiating prices and financing options, completing all sale paperwork, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. Requires previous sales experience (preferred), strong communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a team, be organized and detail-oriented, flexible hours including evenings/weekends, valid driver’s license, and willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug test.
