Job Summary
Diagnose and repair vehicles across domestic, Asian, and European brands while performing full, accurate courtesy inspections. Build expertise by troubleshooting guest concerns quickly, collaborating with the service department to meet deadlines, and maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness. Manage time effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume shop environment using factory scan tools and a personal toolbox for bumper-to-bumper repairs. Required Qualifications
- Deep experience diagnosing and repairing a wide variety of domestic, Asian, and European brands
- A strong willingness to research, learn, and try new repair procedures on unfamiliar models
- Ability to manage your time effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume shop environment
- Ownership of a well-stocked toolbox appropriate for general bumper-to-bumper repairs
- Valid driver's license
- A clean driving record
- Ability to lift and/or move over 100 pounds
- Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
- Ability to work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
- Needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
- Ability to walk/stand for the majority of their workday
- Ability to drive manual transmissions vehicles
- Ability to efficiently navigate a computer
