Job Summary
Diagnose and repair vehicles across domestic, Asian, and European makes while performing full, accurate courtesy inspections. Collaborate with the service team to troubleshoot guest concerns, meet repair deadlines, and maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness. Continuously expand expertise by researching unfamiliar systems and utilizing factory scan tools in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Requires a well-stocked personal toolbox, manual driving ability, and physical capability to lift over 100 pounds and work in tight spaces.
Required Qualifications
- Deep experience diagnosing and repairing a wide variety of domestic, Asian, and European brands
- A strong willingness to research, learn, and try new repair procedures on unfamiliar models
- Ability to manage your time effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume shop environment
- Ownership of a well-stocked toolbox appropriate for general bumper-to-bumper repairs
- Valid driver's license
- A clean driving record
- Ability to lift and/or move over 100 pounds
- Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
- Ability to work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
- The needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
- Ability to walk/stand for the majority of their workday
- Ability to drive manual transmissions vehicles
- Ability to efficiently navigate a computer
