Job Summary
Diagnose and repair vehicles for guests across all makes and models, performing full courtesy inspections and troubleshooting concerns with the service department. Continuously build experience on domestic, Asian, and European brands while maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. Collaborate with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results. Own a well-stocked toolbox for bumper-to-bumper repairs and navigate computer systems efficiently. Valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
Required Qualifications
- Deep experience diagnosing and repairing a wide variety of domestic, Asian, and European brands
- A strong willingness to research, learn, and try new repair procedures on unfamiliar models
- Ability to manage your time effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume shop environment
- Ownership of a well-stocked toolbox appropriate for general bumper-to-bumper repairs
- Valid driver's license
- A clean driving record
- Ability to lift and/or move over 100 pounds
- Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
- Ability to work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
- Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools
- Ability to walk/stand for the majority of their workday
- Ability to drive manual transmissions vehicles
- Ability to efficiently navigate a computer
