Job Summary
You're the force behind getting cars lot-ready, coordinating the reconditioning flow, deciding on cosmetic fixes, and keeping vehicles moving through a high-volume pipeline in an outdoor, hands-on leadership role. Lead detail dispatch, coordinate with vendors for warranty repairs, and ensure prepped, sale-ready vehicles. Requires 3+ years in automotive, valid driver's license, and a high school diploma or equivalency. Mon-Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with weekends off. Strong emphasis on teamwork, efficiency, and customer-focused operations.
