Job Summary
Used Car Manager responsible for maximizing retail profits through merchandising, lot operations, and staff management. Lead and train a high-volume, high-gross sales team focused on certified pre-owned and used cars, with emphasis on CSI and weekly planning. Manage recruitment, training, and daily activities (write-ups, inventory walks, production tracking, and sales meetings). Ensure consistent delivery procedures, product knowledge, and closing skills; drive a minimum monthly quota of 100 cars and maintain a high level of intensity across the team. Requires effective leadership, coaching, and collaboration with management to sustain strong performance and customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
- Comprehensive background screening may be required
- Experience in used car sales management or equivalent leadership role

- Proven CSI focus and performance tracking
