Job Summary
Used Car Sales Manager overseeing a high-volume, high-Gross profit used car operation. Responsible for maximizing retail profits through merchandising, lot operation, and staff management, while leading a sales team to achieve targets and CSI excellence. Key duties include sales of certified pre-owned vehicles, training and supervising sales staff, conducting weekly game plans, maintaining write-ups and sales boards, tracking monthly production, coordinating inventory walk-arounds, and delivering a high-quality customer experience. Skills emphasized: leadership and coaching of sales consultants, knowledge of CPO products, effective closing techniques, use of sales scripts and phone scripts, implementing a structured delivery process, and maintaining a professional, non-discriminatory workplace. Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass background and motor vehicle records checks; equal opportunity employer and drug-free workplace.
