Job Summary
Lead the used car sales team to drive profitability and meet monthly volume and gross profit goals. Responsibilities include overseeing customer follow-up, handling escalations, coaching Sales Consultants, coordinating with manufacturers on incentive programs and rebates, managing vehicle inventory and reconditioning, recruiting and developing the sales team, assisting the General Manager with sales meetings and training, coordinating vehicle deliveries with Service, and partnering with Finance to optimize sales processes. Requires college degree in Business Administration/Management or related field preferred and 3+ years of automotive management experience; strong communication, organization, and confidentiality, plus proficiency with a PC and CDK system. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of automotive management experience
- Proven track record in desking and closing deals
- Proficient in operating a personal computer including Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, and Word
- CDK system experience preferred
