Job Summary
Contact private vehicle sellers via phone, text, and online messaging to gather VIN, mileage, condition, and ownership details from Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and AutoTrader leads. Build rapport quickly, handle objections professionally, and coordinate with dealership management on pricing direction to convert leads into in-store appraisal appointments. Track activity, notes, and lead status in the VETTX platform while meeting daily and monthly outreach and appointment goals. This role combines automotive sales, lead management, and technology for dealerships acquiring inventory directly from private sellers.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with phone-based sales and high-volume outreach
- Organized and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously
- Goal-oriented, motivated, and performance-driven
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in BDC, internet sales, automotive sales, or SaaS sales preferred
- CRM or sales platform experience preferred
