Job Summary
Contact private vehicle sellers via phone, text, and online messaging to gather VIN, mileage, and condition details. Work leads from Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and AutoTrader while building rapport and handling objections professionally. Coordinate pricing direction with dealership management and follow up consistently to convert leads into in-store appraisal appointments. Track all activity, notes, and lead status in the VETTX platform to meet daily and monthly outreach goals. This high-volume acquisition role supports dealerships in sourcing inventory directly from private sellers.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with phone-based sales and high-volume outreach
- Organized and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously
- Goal-oriented, motivated, and performance-driven
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in BDC, internet sales, automotive sales, or SaaS sales preferred
- CRM or sales platform experience preferred
