Job Summary
Contact private vehicle sellers via phone, text, and online messaging to gather VIN, mileage, condition, and ownership details from leads on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and AutoTrader. Build rapport quickly to handle objections professionally and coordinate with dealership management on pricing direction. Follow up consistently to convert leads into in-store appraisal appointments while tracking activity, notes, and lead status in the VETTX platform. Meet daily and monthly outreach and appointment goals. This modern inventory acquisition role combines automotive sales, lead management, and technology for candidates with experience in BDC, internet sales, or phone-based sales.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with phone-based sales and high-volume outreach
- Organized and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously
- Goal-oriented, motivated, and performance-driven
Desired Qualifications
