Job Summary
Hybrid Flex Automotive Technician role performing vehicle repairs and maintenance both in-shop and at customer locations. Responsibilities include diagnostic assessments, multi-point inspections, providing labor and time estimates, mobile service execution with a company van and tools, ensuring safety and reliability, and maintaining clear communication with customers and service teams. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of automotive repair experience, valid driver’s license, and DOT/FMCSA compliance; ASE certifications and/or technical school education preferred. Competitive pay up to $38 per hour (flat rate) with benefits and opportunities for career advancement. Must be able to travel to customer sites and work in both shop and mobile settings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of automotive repair experience
- Valid in-state driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
- English proficiency; Spanish is a plus
- Must meet DOT/FMCSA requirements including physical and medical certification
