Job Summary
Establish metrics, measures, and program performance strategies to support Assessments, Monitoring, and Evaluations (AM&E) for CENTCOM, DoD, and Interagency stakeholders. Augment leadership in developing a whole-of-government approach to counter threat networks, integrating DoW strategic guidance and procedures. Manage IAG AM&E efforts by building measurement strategies that evaluate programs against Counter-Transnational Organized Crime, Counter Threat Finance, and Counter Drug goals. Develop and apply knowledge in transformative platforms including DoD Artificial Intelligence tools such as Palantir, Maven Smart System, and Command and Control of the Information Environment. Support Branch and Division leadership as a "go-to" Action Officer to execute IAG tasking across the full spectrum of command tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires five (5) years of overall professional experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in the area of personnel management and training and performance review metrics
- Excellent managerial and communication skills
- Current/active DoD TS/SCI security clearance
- Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 25%
- Type of Travel: Outside Continental US - Hazard
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience with AM&E
- DoD Artificial Intelligence (AI) platforms
- digital automation tools such as Palantir, Maven Smart System (MSS), Command and Control of the Information Environment (C2IE), and other related system
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
- Defense Acquisition University Level III certification or equivalent
