Job Summary
Define product vision and prioritize the backlog by balancing desirability, viability, and feasibility to maximize product value. Create and refine user stories with detailed acceptance criteria while articulating goals to delivery teams during sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews. Act as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback, analyzing market trends, and monitoring KPIs to drive continuous improvement and roadmap adjustments. Manage on-going readiness, governance, and approvals for live products, mitigating risks through strategic assessment and alignment with control functions. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure features align with broader business objectives and organizational strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with SAS, SQL, and Excel to query and analyse data required to support the creation of use cases building the functional specifications from approved business requirements
- Ability to identify & implement process improvements to support efficiencies in design phases of projects
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliverables to maintain forward progress and ensure customer expectations are met
- Ability to create and provide relevant artefacts to manage US GTA deliver process (the backlog) in a controlled and governed manner
- Ability to provide coaching and institutional knowledge to all stakeholders to ensure that all relevant information is understood and explainable
- Ability to maintain procedures, reconciliations and approvals of all requirements delivered
- Ability to perform special projects as directed by management
- Ability to perform ad-hoc tasks as required
- Superior communication skills with ability to interact with personnel at all levels of the organization
- Customer service skills

- Proven ability to lead projects
