Job Summary
Administrative and Event Coordination Specialist to support USAF Commander's Action Group (CAG) at the 11th Wing. Responsible for maintaining personnel rosters and phone listings, managing calendars, overseeing CAG task systems, drafting and coordinating leadership memoranda, and preparing briefing materials. Plans and coordinates key engagements such as commander calls, town halls, and civic outreach events, and coordinates logistics with base organizations and community leaders. Supports communications strategy by aligning messages with guidance and promoting interagency collaboration. Role is primarily onsite at JBAB (Building 20) with frequent access to other base facilities; requires a Secret clearance (sponsorship possible). Key tasks include data presentation for leadership decision-making, maintaining distribution lists, and delivering regular updates and slide briefings on project status. Proficient in organizational communications, briefing materials, and event logistics essential to leadership program execution.
