Job Summary
AAD USAC Finance Manager collaborates with area leadership to drive financial planning and analysis, forecast outlooks, and cross-functional financial leadership for the USAC/AAD business. Responsibilities include partnering with area division leaders, guiding long-range strategic planning, leading sales incentive planning and customer negotiations, analyzing cash flow and financial performance, ensuring internal controls, and leveraging data across systems (Longview, Power BI, Excel) to drive growth, cost optimization, and business insights. On-site role at 3M Center in Maplewood, MN with up to 10% travel; requires legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; relocation not authorized.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Seven years of finance experience
- MBA or graduate degree in Finance (preferred)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- MBA or graduate degree in Finance from an accredited institution
- Seven years of finance experience in private, public, government or military environment
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and conflicting deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with Longview
- Experience with developing Power BI tools
