Job Summary
Lead and make strategic decisions on usability engineering and user experience activities for large-scale projects, including timeline, resource, and budget planning. Plan and execute usability and design validation studies adhering to IEC standards and FDA guidance, utilizing contextual inquiries, usability tests, focus groups, and surveys. Translate research insights into actionable design recommendations and create wireframes and interactive prototypes to validate concepts with stakeholders. Design visually appealing, consistent user interfaces and collaborate with Marketing to develop site maps, user flows, and intuitive user journeys. This role requires 3-5 years of experience in usability engineering for medical devices and a portfolio showcasing successful projects.
