Job Summary
Manage vision center operations at Walmart, lead and develop associates, and drive sales by ensuring effective merchandising, accurate pricing, proper signing, and in-stock inventory. Oversee customer/member service, compliance with company and legal policies, safety and asset protection, and implement programs and initiatives. Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, educate Members/Customers on product selections and measurements, perform minor frame repair, maintain optical equipment, and coordinate community outreach while ensuring confidentiality of information and adherence to Open Door policies. Collaborate with stakeholders, set goals, and drive performance improvements, while fostering belonging and high-performing teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of 2 or more years of college
- OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience
- OR 2 years’ general work experience including 1 year’s optical experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
