Job Summary
Manage sales team performance and oversee overseas Barsan Offices and customers to improve capacity in the Indonesian ocean freight market. Improve relationships with current clients while searching, calling, and building new connections with potential customers. Arrange and attend customer meetings and events in coordination with the Sales Team. Prepare weekly reports for sales and maintain a loyal customer base for USA shipments. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while staying in Jakarta.
Required Qualifications
- Having Loyal Customer for USA Shipments
- Having high on Performance on Sales
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa
- Minimum 4 years experience as sales freight forwarding
- Experienced in working with customers
- Experienced in Ocean Freight market in Indonesia or overseas
- Having a good sense of marketing & loyal /potential customers
- Taking responsibility for the position with positive and friendly attitude
- Stay in Jakarta
