Tire & Battery Center Technician providing safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas, collaborating with team members to fulfill requests, educating colleagues on tools and tasks, and mentoring new technicians. Demonstrates knowledge of tire and battery industry guidelines, TPMS, and safety/compliance protocols; utilizes handheld technology and POS to support sales, service decisions, and customer interactions. Maintains inventory and completes required documentation, assists customers with purchasing decisions, and represents the brand with integrity and a customer-first mindset.
