Job Summary
Technician in Facility Services responsible for operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment to clean walls, sidewalks, roofs, parking lots, and other surfaces. Duties include evaluating cleaning areas to determine appropriate pressure levels and temperature, removing dirt and contaminants, responding to work orders, and maintaining accurate records and logs. Performs safety and preventative maintenance checks on equipment and may perform other facility-related maintenance tasks. Requires 1-3 years of experience in power washing/exterior maintenance, a valid driver’s license, ability to work nights and weekends, strong customer service and teamwork skills, and a high school diploma; certifications in power washing or facility maintenance are preferred. Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in power washing/exterior maintenance
- Valid state-issued driver’s license
- Ability to work alternative shifts including overnight and weekends
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
