Job Summary
Stocking 2 Coach responsible for leading and developing teams through training and feedback, driving store operations and sales performance, supervising and mentoring hourly associates, ensuring customer service excellence, managing budgeting/forecasting and inventory to meet profit goals, and promoting a culture of belonging and integrity aligned with Walmart values. The role emphasizes supervision, development of associates, adherence to Open Door policies, merchandising, inventory control, and implementing action plans to improve store performance while leveraging data insights and technology to execute business initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
