Job Summary
Lead and develop teams in store operations, drive financial performance and sales for the designated store area, supervise and mentor hourly associates, hire/train/coach, assign duties, set clear expectations, and promote a culture of belonging. Implement action plans to improve customer service, merchandising, inventory flow, and shrink reduction; monitor budgets, forecasts, and expenses; ensure adherence to Open Door Policy and company ethics; coordinate with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs; utilize data insights to guide decisions and drive continuous improvement. The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team while upholding Walmart values and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
