Job Summary
Lead and develop store teams in supervision and growth, focusing on training, feedback, and customer service excellence. Drive store performance by managing budgeting/forecasting, inventory flow, merchandising, shrink reduction, and adherence to Open Door Policy and company ethics. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, hire and mentor associates, set clear expectations, and promote a culture of belonging. Responsibilities include coaching, assigning duties, monitoring performance, implementing action plans to improve operations, and using data insights to achieve sales and profitability targets while ensuring compliant, ethical store practices. Preferred pathway includes leveraging leadership in a multi-store or high-volume environment, with emphasis on Team development, coaching, and continuous process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
