Job Summary
Lead and develop store teams by teaching and mentoring, drive store operations including customer service, merchandising, budgeting and inventory, supervise hourly associates, hire and train staff, and advocate a culture of belonging. Analyze and manage Profit & Loss to ensure sales and profit goals are met, implement action plans to improve performance, ensure compliance with company policies, and promote continuous learning and leadership development. Utilize data to make decisions, support Open Door Policy, and leverage Walmart’s Live Better U education benefits to advance staff and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
