Stocking 2 Coach leads and develops teams by training, supervising, and communicating with store associates; drives store performance through budgeting, merchandising, inventory management, and customer service initiatives; ensures adherence to company policies and ethics; fosters a culture of belonging; hires, trains, mentors, and evaluates associates; develops action plans to resolve deficiencies, improve processes, and reduce shrink while maintaining strong customer service standards and implementing business initiatives. The role involves managing and supporting customer service initiatives, ensuring effective merchandise presentation, and leading change efforts aligned with company direction. The position includes responsibility for PL considerations, budgeting/forecasting, and ensuring sales and profit goals are achieved for the designated store area, as well as overseeing team development, staffing, and compliance with Open Door policies and Walmart values.
