Job Summary
Lead and develop store teams by hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties; drive store operations, merchandising, inventory flow, and shrink control to meet sales and profit goals; communicate with associates at all levels, set clear expectations, and foster a sense of belonging; provide coaching, feedback, and performance development; ensure exceptional customer service, resolve customer issues, and support community outreach; manage budgets and analyze P&L to optimize financial performance; implement action plans, policy adherence, and continuous improvements; collaborate with stakeholders to align business plans with company objectives and Open Door Policies.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
