Lead and develop store teams to drive sales and financial performance across the designated store area. Responsibilities include supervising hourly associates, hiring, training, mentoring, and setting clear expectations to foster a sense of belonging. Manage merchandising, inventory flow, and store operations, implement action plans to improve service and resolve issues, and ensure compliance with Open Door Policy and company ethics. Analyze and monitor PL, budgeting, forecasting, and expenses; mitigate shrink and optimize store-level processes. Build relationships with stakeholders, deliver customer-focused initiatives, guide change efforts, and communicate business objectives to teams. Demonstrate strong customer service standards, provide feedback, coach for continuous learning, and develop qualified associates to support growth. Emphasize leadership by example, integrity, and collaboration while leveraging technology and business initiatives to achieve store goals.
