Job Summary
Lead and develop store teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates; tour stores, provide feedback, and communicate with all levels of associates regarding store operations, merchandising, and company direction. Drive store sales and profitability through budgeted plans, scheduling, inventory flow, and action plans to mitigate shrink while ensuring exceptional customer service using the OBW service model. Supervise and mentor hourly associates, set clear expectations, recognize performance, and foster a belonging mindset while recruiting qualified talent. Build cross-functional relationships with stakeholders, support plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, and promote continuous learning. Ensure compliance with policies, Open Door guidelines, and integrity standards, while leading change initiatives and leveraging technology and business initiatives to improve processes and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
