Job Summary
Staff Software Engineer to design, prototype, build, deploy, and improve next-generation intelligent systems that blend software, models, and automation into cohesive, adaptive platforms. Partner with business, product, and engineering teams to understand problems; rapidly prototype and deploy software solutions using agentic coding tools and frameworks (e.g., MCP, A2A, ADK); contribute to multi-agent workflows with coordination and dynamic task execution; ensure observability, debugging, and traceability in AI-driven systems; contribute to shaping practices for AI-native application development and share knowledge across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
- Option 2: 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

- WCAG 2.2 AA standards and accessibility best practices (preferred)
- Experience creating inclusive digital experiences (preferred)
- Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/CIIS/SE or related field or equivalent (implied by required qualifications)
- 4+ years of experience (implied by Option 1)
