Job Summary
Staff Software Engineer to design, prototype, build, deploy, and improve next-generation intelligent systems that blend software, models, and automation using agentic coding tools. Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to understand problems, rapidly prototype and implement software solutions, and enhance AI-driven systems with observability, debugging, and traceability. Contribute to AI-native application development and multi-agent workflows, including coordination, delegation, and dynamic task execution. Drive open-ended problem solving in scalable, reliable, and secure production systems, while promoting knowledge sharing and engineering excellence across growth technology initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Option 1: Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
- Option 2: 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
