Job Summary
Process and accurately dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and provide pharmaceutical care counseling on health services and medication needs. Develop and execute action plans for business solutions by building stakeholder relationships, monitoring progress, and adapting to organizational changes. Model and enforce proper customer service techniques, ensure compliance with legal policies, and oversee safety, operational, and quality assurance reviews. Maintain confidential documentation, implement loss prevention controls, and drive continuous improvements focused on patient safety and risk reduction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
- Drug-free workplace compliance
