Process and accurately dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and counsel customers on health care and medication needs while maintaining confidential information and controlled medication documentation. Develop and execute action plans to improve pharmacy operations, monitor quality assurance reviews, and implement loss prevention and safety controls. Model compliance with legal policies, HIPAA standards, and Standard Operating Procedures by training associates on ethics, integrity, and proper customer service techniques. Analyze reports to identify improvement opportunities, document errors for root cause analysis, and lead initiatives that enhance patient safety and risk reduction across the facility.
