Staff Data Scientist role responsible for designing, prototyping, building, deploying, and improving next-generation intelligent systems that blend software, models, and automation into cohesive, adaptive platforms using agentic coding software. Collaborate with business, product and engineering teams to understand problems, rapidly prototype and deploy software solutions, and lead knowledge sharing on AI-native application development. Leverage agentic coding tools/frameworks to accelerate development, drive observable and secure AI-driven systems, and iterate based on real-world signals. Focus on multi-agent workflows with coordination, delegation, and dynamic task execution, ensuring production readiness and observability. Preferred experience with agent workflows, orchestration layers, MCP-like protocols, and strong coding across data science, ML, and software engineering to deliver scalable, secure platforms.
