Job Summary
Oversee Walmart store remodel construction projects from initiation to closeout, including managing budgets, bids, negotiations, contractor oversight, compliance with laws and company programs, and coordination with store operations to minimize disruptions; lead cross-functional teams, monitor schedules, ensure quality and warranty compliance, and drive risk management across large-scale construction programs; travel up to 100% with a focus on retail/construction delivery; utilize construction PM platforms (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD); demonstrate strong leadership, integrity, and a commitment to Walmart’s values; align with company strategies, remove obstacles, and foster a culture of belonging while delivering on-time, on-budget projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field and 3 years’ experience in construction management, construction administration, engineering, architecture, or a related area OR 5 years’ experience in construction management, construction administration, engineering, architecture, or a related area
