Job Summary
Manages sanitation within a warehouse environment and drives continuous improvement in operations by supervising sanitation associates, coordinating with stakeholders, analyzing data to identify root causes of daily and escalated issues, and implementing corrective actions. Responsible for planning, providing development opportunities, enforcing safety and policy standards, and promoting a culture of accountability and belonging while delivering cost reductions and process efficiencies through lean concepts and end-to-end process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Option 1: 2 years’ supervisory experience.
- Option 2: 2 years’ experience in warehouse or manufacturing plant sanitation.
- 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Office.
