Job Summary

Execute day-to-day transportation security operations across US shipment lanes, ensuring secure handling of high-value assets from origin to final delivery. Monitor active shipments in real time using GPS tracking and geofencing to detect anomalies, while conducting pre-shipment security checks and verifying chain of custody protocols at every transfer point. Lead route and carrier assessments to identify vulnerabilities and emerging risks, then serve as the first responder to in-transit security incidents involving theft, diversion, or tampering. Coordinate immediate response actions with carriers and internal stakeholders, documenting findings and escalating complex cases to the USA Regional Security Manager. Engage directly with logistics partners to reinforce NGSCS standards and drive corrective actions for compliance gaps.

Required Qualifications

  • Significant hands-on experience in transportation security, logistics security, or in-transit supply chain operations
  • Strong operational background with proven ability to execute security controls across complex, multi-leg transportation movements
  • Experience conducting route assessments, carrier security evaluations, or field-based compliance checks
  • Demonstrated experience responding to in-transit security incidents, including immediate coordination and post-incident documentation
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong discipline around chain of custody documentation and operational records
  • Able to operate independently in the field with strong situational awareness and sound judgment under pressure
  • Good communication and coordination skills across internal teams and external logistics partners
  • Regular travel across the United States
  • In-transit security incidents may occur outside standard working hours and require immediate response and availability
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the country in which they apply

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in high-value or critical infrastructure transportation security (e.g., data centers, electronics, AI hardware, technology hardware)
  • Background in law enforcement, military, or corporate security with a field operations focus
  • Familiarity with TAPA TSR or equivalent transportation security standards
  • Familiarity with supply chain security technologies (e.g., GPS tracking, geofencing, real-time shipment monitoring platforms, tamper-evident sealing)
  • Experience operating across multiple US states or regions in a logistics or security operations capacity
