(USA) Realty Project Coach

As a Realty Project Coach on Walmart US’s Realty Execution team, you will own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US, partnering with store team leads to supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with leadership to keep projects on time and within budget. You will travel to projects across the US, influence and develop associates, communicate plans and changes to stakeholders, and drive timely delivery with quality standards. This role emphasizes project ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and people development, with primary shifts overnight and significant travel requirements (up to 1000 miles from home, 17–21 days away at a time). You will base at a home store and travel to surrounding states as needed; mileage and overnight stays are reimbursed. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience) and 1 year (or 3 years) of related project-management experience; preferred qualifications include Master’s in Business, PMP/PMI Certification, and experience leading cross-functional teams.
