Job Summary
As a Realty Project Coach on Walmart US's Realty Execution team, you will own the delivery of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US. You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track, with frequent travel across the United States. You will influence teams to meet timelines and deliverables, communicate plans and changes to key stakeholders, and develop associates through coaching, mentoring, and providing development opportunities. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field and 1 year (or 3 years) of relevant project-management experience are required, with overnight travel and base employment primarily at a home store. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $110,000 annually, with additional compensation opportunities and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
